Before ordering the plan, Sid was able to give us ideas and was able to tell us what he thought mayor may not work. This was invaluable to us. I can honestly say that Sid was with us from the very first step of our building process. After we began construction, our experience only got better. If Sid said something was going to get done - it got done. If we had questions about something, Sid was there for us. Sid AL WAYS returned our calls promptly. (We heard from friends this was very unusual) Our construction was finished in a timely manner and we can honestly say it is our dream home. Sid was constantly finding places in the house to improve upon the plan. He would call and say, "Your plan has some wasted space by the garage door, do you mind if I make a closet there?" During our building process, his wife, Debbie helped me pick paint colors. Debbie met me at the house one afternoon to help me decide on my kitchen countertops. Sid and Debbie helped us with the development of turning our house into our home. We had expectations about how much we would love our new home and the end result has been far better than our expectations. We could spend all day telling you about Sid's workmanship and work ethic, but this is not what we have found to be most impressive about Sid. He is a good man. He is honest. He is dependable. He is a family man. He values other people's time and money. Over the course of this year he has become more than our builder, he is our friend. Dear Joy, After living in a home for over 20 years that we initially built ourselves, we knew that our only option was to "update and add curb appeal". It was with great thought and years of discussion that our plan finally came to fruition. After looking at home exteriors for several years in several states, I found myself drawn to the New England, Neo Classical styles. Neat, clean, lots of white trim, spacious and open. I wanted a walkway that was eloquent, yet soft with flowers and shrubs that would accent the color of my brick and trim. Inviting, but not overpowering. I have lived in Jackson all of my life and with CHuck in the trade industry, I am well aware of all the contractors that I could have chosen to work with. We're so happy we chose you! For many years, I have visited the homes that you have built during the Parade of Homes and have only heard "good things" about your work ethic.
